SNEAK PEEK!

Here is a still from the new book and music video featuring an original song by my DH and his music and production partners, the Rotten Apple Project. They have put in hundreds of hours readying for the upcoming release of THIRD GRAVE DEAD AHEAD. Let me just say, this thing is smoking’! I am thrilled to have been a part of the film crew for the Charley and Reyes segments. 

Finding my Charley was a breeze. I worked with her when I was interpreting and I knew the moment I saw her she’d make a fantastic Charley. Those eyes are to die for. But finding a Reyes? Oyeee! I cannot tell you how long it took me to find one and how many candidates I went through. Well, I could, but I won’t bore you with the details. Let me just say, finding what I considered an exceptional Reyes was NOT an easy task. Honestly, the search could be made into a made-for-TV movie. *snerk* But what I found? Well, here’s a sneak peek to judge for yourself.  

I did good, yes?

Now I have to say my visual on your Charley is of “Debra Morgan” from “Dexter”. Go figure.     I think it’s been said, but I also would love to see the Charley books made into movies. The entire concept is so original and, well, kind of mind-blowing at points. It needs to go to film!

    Third Grave Dead Ahead CANNOT be the last book inthe Charley series! It just can’t!! The day I got the third book I couldn’t stop reading it! I read it in less than 12 hours! For a current MBA student it’s hard to find time to relax………….well with the third book i didn’t care about homework or projects or tests i read the entire book the day i got it!!!! So the series can’t be finished! Charley still doesn’t know what she’s truly capable of yet! So when’s the next book coming out? :D:D:D

      Heather it’s not the last in the series. Darynda is currently writing Fourth Grave Below My Feet. There is cover artwork on her facebook page. It is due out in spring approx…. I suppose it will depend on when she finishes. Ha

      I cannot tell you how much I enjoy this series. Heather, I agree with you!! I need the fourth book ASAP

      I absolutely love Charley…her courage, spunk, and determination. Garrett is amazing, Cookie is hilarious, and Reyes is such an enigma, can’t wait to see what happens next!!!!

      Darynda Jones, this is the best series I’ve read since Hunger Games.
